– New York Studio Prints –

Peri Schwartz was trained at Boston University and Queens College (NY). She works from a Studio in New Rochelle, New York. Her etchings and monotypes (unique impressions that are not produced in an edition) are complex prints that use multiple techniques, plates and printings. Bottles and Jars III (No.8 below) was printed in collaboration with Master Printer Greg Burnet and has been acquired by several museums, including the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Metropolitan Museum and the Library of Congress. You can watch a short video of the print being made, and others of Peri at work at her website.
