‘A White Silk Tulle Picture Dress embroidered with flower motifs carried out in gaiged rose-coloured tulle and diamonds. The skirt cascades from the left hip. The bodice is cuffed with rose-coloured slipper satin which is also used for the narrow belt’. Pastel and gouache on grey paper. With fabric sample. Believed to be for Princess Margaret. Circa 1955. 14.5x10.5 inches. Mounted in a Presentation folder, numbered ‘52’and signed: 19x14 inches.
